These Terms of Service govern the use of Influe4You, a creator and influencer marketplace that connects brands and influencers.

By using Influe4You, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

1. Platform purpose

Influe4You helps brands discover influencers and helps influencers present their profiles, social media channels, offers and services.

2. User accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping their login credentials secure. Users must not create misleading, fraudulent or unauthorized profiles.

3. Influencer profiles

Influencers are responsible for ensuring that their profile information, social media links, audience information and offer details are accurate and up to date.

4. Brand usage

Brands may use the platform to discover influencers, review profiles and request collaborations. Brands are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns comply with applicable laws and advertising rules.

5. Verification

Influe4You may offer social media verification features. Verification is intended to improve trust but does not guarantee future performance, campaign results or the accuracy of all third-party platform data.

6. Mindestalter und Berechtigung

Influencer müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein, um auf Influe4You Angebote zu verkaufen und Auszahlungen zu erhalten. Mit der Registrierung als Influencer bestätigst du, dass du mindestens 18 Jahre alt bist und berechtigt bist, Zahlungen zu empfangen. Unternehmen/Brands bestätigen mit der Registrierung oder Buchung, dass die handelnde Person mindestens 18 Jahre alt ist oder berechtigt ist, im Namen des Unternehmens Buchungen vorzunehmen.

7. Prohibited use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false data, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights or use the platform for illegal activities.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Influe4You available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable.

9. Limitation of liability

Influe4You is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities or third-party platform issues.
