Influe4You is a creator and influencer marketplace that helps brands and influencers connect, manage profiles, verify social media accounts, communicate and process collaboration requests.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and how users can contact us regarding privacy or data deletion requests.
1. Data we collect
We may collect personal data that users provide directly when creating or using an Influe4You account. This may include:
- Name or display name
- Email address
- Profile information
- Social media handles and profile links
- Country, city and profile category information
- Uploaded profile images or gallery images
- Communication and marketplace activity within the platform
2. Social media verification data
If a user connects a social media account, Influe4You may process information received from the respective social media platform. This may include account identifiers, usernames, public profile information, follower or engagement-related metrics and verification status.
This data is used to verify influencer profiles, improve trust on the marketplace and help brands evaluate potential collaborations.
3. TikTok Login and OAuth verification
Influe4You uses TikTok Login/OAuth only to verify ownership of creator social channels. A creator can enter a TikTok profile URL and connect the matching TikTok account through TikTok Login.
For TikTok verification, we may process TikTok user id/open id, username, display name, avatar or profile image and verification status. This data is used for ownership verification of creator social channels and to show brands whether a creator channel has been verified.
Influe4You does not request posting rights through TikTok Login, does not publish content, does not edit content and does not change TikTok account settings.
4. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Provide influencer and brand profiles
- Verify connected social media accounts
- Enable marketplace functionality
- Improve platform security and prevent misuse
- Communicate important account or service information
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Legal basis
We process personal data where it is necessary to provide our services, based on user consent, legitimate interests, contractual necessity or legal obligations, depending on the specific use case.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with technical service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, payment or email service providers.
Public profile information of influencers may be visible to brands and other platform users depending on the profile settings and marketplace functionality.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
8. Stripe Connect, KYC and payout data
Stripe Connect handles KYC checks, bank details and payout data for marketplace payouts. Influe4You does not store bank details, IBANs, identity documents or raw KYC data.
Influe4You stores only limited status and reference data needed to operate payout readiness in the marketplace, such as stripe_account_id, payouts_enabled, details_submitted, requirements/status and last_synced_at.
9. Data deletion
Users can request deletion of their personal data by sending an email to info@influe4you.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

10. User rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of their personal data. Users may also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
